    I have sent the company 4 emails over 4 days to assist me with exchanges/returns and I have not received a response from them. Shoes - 3 stars, they are pretty and comfortable, but the rose gold color is really more of an orange. The companies poor customer service (a complete lack of response) and a “contact us” link on the website that does not work, earns them one 1 star. (I’d be happy to update my review if the company ever responds.)
