As cute as can be and very comfortable and stylish on my old feet. Matches a Kate Spade bag that I have almost perfectly down to the silver leather flowers for those of you that grew up with matching shoes/handbags!

I am trying to process a return, there is no phone number to speak to someone! The website request you send an email for a return authorization and you only have 14 days. I sent an email within 5 days of receiving the shipment and I still have not heard back. I have sent 3 additional emails requesting return info and still NOTHING, no response and no has sent any Info on how they want me to return the shoes. Terrible Customer service!
