Coretta Red Wedge Sandals

I am trying to process a return, there is no phone number to speak to someone! The website request you send an email for a return authorization and you only have 14 days. I sent an email within 5 days of receiving the shipment and I still have not heard back. I have sent 3 additional emails requesting return info and still NOTHING, no response and no has sent any Info on how they want me to return the shoes. Terrible Customer service!

I've tried twice to return these shoes and no reply with the means/ the way to return them. I hate when people make you email and then wait for them to send the info how to return. Why not have a button to click on to return and be done!! Now I'm getting close to my one month window and I hope this company doesn't deny me to return this item.
It was not what the picture looked like. You will like these shoes if you want to feel like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz!
