Trudie Black Combat Bootie

I wouldn't know what this boot looks like or feels like since I was sent the wrong pair of shoes. Customer service has yet to respond to any of my emails in regards to shipping the correct shoes or a refund and I have not been able to find a phone number to call to get this fixed. I'm going on 3 months now of having the wrong shoes just waiting to be sent back. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company.

I have been searching for a pair of brown, low heeled, lace up boots for a few years. These boots are perfect! I love them! Thank you! ☺
